Hello! I'm Brittney.
I’m a dynamic learning designer and project strategist passionate about turning complex ideas into impactful, engaging experiences. As a Doctoral Candidate in Curriculum & Instructional Design at Liberty University, with an Ed.S. from Kennesaw State University and a MAT in Secondary Education and Online Teaching from Georgia State, I blend academic insight with real-world execution to bring learning to life.
With years of experience in instructional design, I’ve developed high-quality, SCORM- and xAPI-compliant training solutions that meet WCAG accessibility standards, empower learners, and drive results. Whether I’m designing trauma-informed courses for nonprofits, interactive modules for federal agencies, or onboarding systems for startups, my work is fueled by intention, empathy, and evidence-based strategies.
But, I don’t just stop at learning design. I also have managed a large-scale educational project from vision to launch. From leading curriculum development for mission-driven organizations to managing multimillion-dollar school rollout plans, I know how to deliver complex solutions on time, on budget, and with heart.
Outside of work, I’m a wife, mommy, and wanderer-at-heart. I have spent a great amount of time traveling the world. I’m raising a beautiful family and building bridges across cultures. I find inspiration in the everyday, documenting my travels, creating children’s books rooted in African history, and reminding others that learning can happen anywhere.
Thank you for stopping by my portfolio. Let’s create something brilliant, purposeful, and human together.
Brittney Caldwell
