Instructional Design
At SWAN, I partnered with leadership, military advisors, and trauma-informed clinicians to reimagine learning resources for transitioning servicewomen. I led the design and development of a groundbreaking self-paced course titled “Mission: You First,” a hybrid curriculum that blended resilience training, mental health support, and workforce readiness.
